*You have 13 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and 5 business days for refund of any subscriptions services on an Atma 1972 Ltd. website unless otherwise noted.
*Only items that have been purchased directly from Atma 1972 Ltd., either through the Atma 1972 Ltd. Online Store or at an Atma 1972 Ltd. Retail Store, can be returned to Atma 1972 Ltd. Atma 1972 Ltd. products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
*Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the required documentation that were included when you received it and the return shipping is prepaid by the customer and Atma 1972 Ltd. is not responsible for the cost of the shipping of returned products unless otherwise noted.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
*Atma 1972 Ltd. Promotional Clothing Products Which have been worn or damaged due to customer negligence.
*You can return Clothing products, provided that it has not been worn or damaged by customer negligence. Clothing or promotional products that contains an Atma 1972 Ltd. licensed logo may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the clothing is removed or damaged. Atma 1972 Ltd. is not responsible for the consumer product use or misrepresentation once the customer has purchased the product with the Atma 1972 Ltd. copyrighted logo.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
*If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
