If I could give anyone advice about this company it would be to NEVER sign a contract with them. The service is unreliable and they continually have excuses for how poor of a job the do.

Good day. Thank you for reaching out to us directly. The notes on your file indicate that when service was missed over the past couple years it was due to blocked bins or locked gates. Please help us by ensuring a clear and open path to be able to service your bins on schedule. We want to be great team mates and provide the service levels you expect and deserve. We will reach out directly to see if there is anything currently we can improve on to increase your satisfaction level on service.

Waste connections of Canada ***** **** AB have decided to increase pricing over the past 9 years Without any notice. It started at $190 for a 4 yard bin once a month and $78 for a 4 yard recycling bin. As of February 2023 I am being invoiced $630 for the 4 yard bin and $244.00 for the recycling bin +++ $21.00 for a Commodity Adjustment +++ $175.00 for a Environmental surcharge. OMG. That is around 330% increase I cannot believe it. When I confronted them with this their comment was let me see what I can do for you, then emailed me a revised estimate / contract knocking the price down to $390.00 and $129.00 with NO Environmental fees or commodity adjustment. Today is June 29th. I have sent several emails and called several times trying to Cancel my service back in February this year. I left 3 messages with the branch manager ******** and have yet to receive a return call. My last call today I said I would wait on hold till she is available I waited half an hour the gal came back twice said she's still busy I said no problem I will wait, then finally she put me through and it went straight to voicemail.I have been in business for 37 years and have to say this company does not deserve to service anyone. If you are thinking of hiring a waist removal company please do not hire or engage with this company you will be very very disappointed not to mention ripped off. Here's the kicker I received an additional invoice on June 5th stating I owe them $13,360 for liquidated damages and container removal fees. And the contract that was signed for five year term back in 2014 was from an employee working in the shop that has no signing authority.

Good day *****. Thank you for being a great customer. Your pricing changes have occurred due to a combination of inflation on fuel, steel, labor, fleet mechanical costs and more that escalated over the past many years. Term with auto-renewal is set up at the time of agreement and all information is detailed upon the document that was signed by a member of your organization. The liquidated damages are only due if you wish to terminate your agreement before the expiration date. Lastly I understand you have connected with ******** and will be sending her details of your communications so we can work together to get you signed onto new rates and term that fit your needs while honoring our existing agreement. We look forward to resolving your concerns and maintaining our business relationship.

Waste Connections South - poor service , terrible customer relations and predatory pricing schemes. This company is attempting to charge me $5,000 for a service renewal that I did not authorize. I completed a five year waste removal contract with them and decided to switch to a more competitive provider after they kept jacking up the monthly charge without notice. I provided written notice of termination three times. I never once in five years saw a customer service representative or received a simple phone call about the increasing costs of their service. now they have the audacity of putting me out to a collections company for a massive cancellation fee. This company is out to lunch.

Customer is being held to signed agreement. Terms and conditions were clearly outlined in agreement including pricing, autorenewal conditions and termination options. Fees due are a combination of cancellation costs while in a valid agreement as well as months of service that was received but not paid for.

The waste Connections Of Canada have missed two pickup this week. The garbages are piled up and made a huge mess around it. I tried to message the company many times but no response. I phoned the customer service three times, the lady said someone from the office would get back to me but no phone call received
