    The pilot light on my 32 year old furnace kept going out so I had the first HVAC company with availability into my home to have a look at the furnace. The technician accessed the furnace and informed me I would need to replace the gas valve and the pilot assembly at the very least at a cost of $1600. The technician then proceed to advise me for that price and age of furnace I might as well replace the furnace instead and would be looking at a bill ranging from $6000 to $12000. Fortunately, I was able to get ***** Heating in shortly after to assess the furnace. Their assessment indicated all parts were working correctly with the exception of the thermocouple and needed replacement. I went ahead with the repair and the furnace is working like a dream after a $40 repair. I truly appreciate their honesty and will definitely look at them for all my HVAC needs including replacing my furnace when the time comes. I will also highly recommend them to friends and family.
