"Boyfriend went and bought a car from these guys not even a week ago, drove it for 4 days, noticed the tires are cupped called to asked to get them fixed since its a safety concern and he just bought it and they marked the mechanical fitness assessment for the tires being complaint when they werent, service guy looks over the tires and agrees these arent safe, gets them ordered then all of a sudden redwater dodge calls and tells him hes responsible for half the bill, I call and talk to *** the manager and he tells me that cupped tires are complaint if they arent bad. Then says hes not here to argue with me over the phone, wanted to make use happy mean time, service and sales are going back and fourth about a price he has to pay and giving him the total run around, not to mention also charged 400 for nitrogen and wheel locks that he never asked for, plus car wasnt detailed upon pickup and smelt like cigarette smoke inside, overall expirence at this dealership for him being a first time buyer is horrible and we will never deal with these guys again." ...
