  I have lived in a building that has been managed by ******* since February and we have not had nothing but issues and they care more about answering their ****** reviews than actually taking a phone call and also locking their tenants in a building and being disrespectful to a fire marshal if we didnt like our landlord, we wouldve moved by but our the security door of our building has been broken since March. We have been at NA fight with them since November 7 to get the door fixed after people broken and was smoking crack in a stairwell where theres many kids in the building that to them fixing the door by having it locked all the time and locking the children outside unavailable to buzz their parents to let them into the building to them, locking us in the building and being very disrespectful to the fire marshal to the building now being unlocked once again and the head manager dodging phone calls left right in centre and emails never wouldve moved in if we wouldve known this was going to be the issues

  T**** company. Hire them to manage your rental and expect ski rocketing costs. They don’t have your best interest in mind. It’s all about making them money.

  They are forcing a single mom out of her house because they charge 35$ to pay rent on an app. Which is not allowed. Also paid and couldn't move in till week and half later. Also, they have cockroaches at the monarch place apartment and don't fix broken down washing machines and don't clean public areas often. Dog s*** everywhere. They let the parking lot get so slick that people in apartment buy their own salt to salt pathway to vehicles. It's incredibly sad. Communication is horrible. The lady named ****** doesn't reply or call back whatsoever. Isn't that her job to do so? Horrible management. I'll be taking this to tenant act, health, and safety. As they are inhuman and rude and disgustingly discriminative towards people. They treat you like your dirt.

  Communication and follow up is so poor .They told me they would get back to me in a few days regarding a possible rental but didnt have the ***** to do so ! Even after texting and calling a month ago still no reply . Basically ghosted for now good reason ! Stay away from this organization !

  After addressing this issue with the appropriate staff; the likely cause was that ******'s application was turned down and therefore this caused the frustration. The rental market in ******** at an effective rate of zero vacancy. This is causing undue frustration for all parties. There is not any available inventory at reasonable rates.

  Horrible horrible horrible ! Warning people: please do not rent from these guys. They lie about their tenants. Bad management. Force innocent people out of their homes. Take my advice, you will be glad that you did. No joke !!!

  This is a "bogus" complaint. Sunreal does not have a record for Make Hawk. Sunreal would also not evict "innocent" people. Sunreal is licensed by the ******************* of ******* and is governed by the Residential Tenancies Act. Tenants can only be evicted for valid reasons.

  I was looking for a place to rent and called their office and emailed them. The woman took several days to get back to me via email and 4-5 days via phone. Then it was oh im going on vacation and ill email my coworker whos on **** right now,and tell her to call you and you can book viewings with her. The day comes and no call. Call the office the reception is snotty,leave a message with this lady and nothing.. No call no anything. If they are that bad about calling you back what will they be like when there's a issue with your unit? Yikes..
