      Not sure where to begin with this company that is new to red deer and area from when a hail storm went through Innisfail and surrounding area! Terrible customer service! Replies back sometime when convenient, or not at all! Still work outstanding to be done on the house from 2 years ago, like something simple as washing the new siding put up! Installed new shingles on the garage and not the house because the previous year we did the shingles on our house, and they only install ***** Corning shingles apparently even though I told them they were IKO ******* Slate shingles installed on the house, so they brought samples of the ***** corning shingles that clearly didnt show blue granuals on the sample but were the closest match to the ******* Slate IKO shingles! So needless to say I ended up with a blue roof on my garage and a grey roof on my house! We came to an agreement to leave the shingles on the garage blue and come up with a different solutions as the eavestrouphs could use a replacement instead but could wait till the following year! But when the time comes theres crickets heard and nothing to be done about it! So rather than getting a company originally based out of ******** use a local company from the area and get better results, listens to you as a customer and get quality work done on your home!
