  My car was broken into at their storage.They did not provide a lined item invoice, in other words they will overcharge you and not give you the details of the fees.The drivers are ******* ******.If you have a choice, no not use this company.

  Mr. ******* vehicle was in our impound subject to an RCMP impaired driving charge. ******************** vehicle was locked and the keys were in a locked secure area. He stated to our dispatch that the area around his ignition was scratched. This happens over time by other keys hitting the metal. (2010) No one could have entered his vehicle and for what reason? The car would have had to have been driven through two heavy chainlink security gates in order to leave the premises. Nonsensical. **************** did not ask for an itemized invoice. The invoices that the drivers have to give to the owners are the initial basic info. Unless they are given the additional totals to put on these invoices they only have the totals. If the office had had a request for such, one would have been emailed out to him.

  Absolute worst company I've ever come across. Borderline *********. Abysmall service. Damaged my vehicle then laughed about it.

  this vehicle was brought in under RCMP direction. It was seized for a 24 hour hold. The customer first called at midnight demanding that his vehicle be released to him. When told we do not do night releases he swore extensively at dispatch and slammed the phone down. He phoned multiple times always using foul disgusting language. The next day he again called after office hours and wanted his car. (even tho he had been told the process to retrieve it.) He was asked how fast he could get to the office and as it was reasonable, day staff stayed after hours to accommodate him. His car battery was dead as the key was jammed in the ignition. Our driver didn't try removing for fear of breaking it. We boosted the car for no charge. He accused us of damaging his vehicle but the police paperwork documents all of the prior damage including what he is claiming. He flew out of the yard, stopped and slammed the gate open. Laid rubber going down the street to the right, giving the middle finger salute, and then burnt a u-turn and went past again, still giving the middle finger salute. During the entire time he was abusive and rude. He then went to social media to slander us everywhere he could think of. This isn't a teenager this is a man in his 30's. Such behaviour is not acceptable and why should everyone else be held accountable for his poor decisions and law b*******. A thirty something man having a temper tantrum is what it amounts to.

  I was taken advantage of by All-Rite towing. The driver was on the accident scene (called by RCMP) for 30 minutes to do his job. When I indicated that I was going to have the car towed to my house (around the block), the driver said I would have to pay in full up front. I agreed and I asked the price. He literally pulled a u-turn and followed my son, who was on foot, around the corner. When we got to the house he told me $100+ more than he said 5 minutes earlier, and would not unload the vehicle until I paid. The next day I called the towing office and spoke to the front desk lady. She was very nice and seemed sympathetic. She would have the manager call me once the paperwork was reviewed. After two days, no call back, so I called, but the manager would not speak with me. The driver did not tell the truth when asked by the manager* *** * ***** **** *** **** *********** *** ********
