    Absolutely the worst place to bring your RV bar none. I brought my trailer in to have the hot water heater replaced and have an awning put on, as my awning was torn. Well, the awning was put on backwards (seriously backwards), after waiting 2 months to get them to start on it, and the hot water heater was installed with no power. In fact, they killed all the power to the entire trailer. All of the power was disconnected. I did buy the used hot water heater from them, and it did finally work once I had a mobile RV mechanic come to my place to get it fixed. I gave them LOTS of time to work on it, over 2 months. I even brought in a case of beer a couple of times as an incentive. Once the water heater was installed, the wires were left dangling under the sink where they could easily have been torn out. Nothing was tested for performance. They even complained they weren't making any money on the awning install because I wanted the awning put on correctly. This was the single worst choice I have made with my camper. as it is I still have to hook back up the solar. Stay far far away, no low price is worth the grief of dealing with these guys.

    I was told my delamination repairs would take 1 week, and arranged to drop it off the day they were ready for it, and they hadnt even start it three weeks later even after me voicing my concern in needing to use the trailer in a few days. They just kept lying to me saying it was started and giving me terrible and vague updates when asked.Every time I went there during business hours, nobody was there, and the trailer was sitting around completely untouched.I ended up having to take my trailer back, and file a dispute for the return of the $1,000 deposit they insisted on having.

    Although the actual repair work had not been started , we had already moisture tested the entire trailer to determine the extent of the damage The customer told us he would need to pick up the trailer by august 30th We had received no less than 10 text messages asking for a progress report We assured him each time it would be ready by the 30th and explained it is not our practice to send out progress reports unless we run into unforeseen circumstances.On the 26th the customer came in knowing we were out of town and demanded the trailer back even though we assured him that it would be brought in that day and worked on by our weekend staff. We had no objections to his request knowing he is likely going to extremely difficult to please and have waited for him to contact our administration to reverse his deposit on ****
