    Go and their games. If you have ever delt with go b4 you know what I mean.At any rate. After sifting through the lied and misinformation we canceled the sale and went elsewhere. Not to mention after we canceled we got a grump call from sale rep. **** poor customer service. Go anywhere else and save yourself the headache.So one month later and still haven't returned my deposit. So poor business practices. Way to prove me rite.     BUYER BEWARE!!! Over $45,000 in hidden cost, this is happening to many people going to any of the GoRV stores and they have a decoy trailer thats used so that youll drive all that way to look at it and its absolutely destroyed inside and then they take that opportunity to show you other trailers. Those decoy trailers are never sold. I will never shop there again. There are many distraction tactics used in their sales pitch, a lot of joking around and a lot of double talk, and a lot of confusion, and the package ****************** that they offer you end up being significantly more than what you think youre paying. The first time I went there and bought my trailer. I was very happy, but it wasnt until I went to exchange it, that I discovered all of the hidden costs and promises, and the outrageous amount that my loan ended up being. The previous loan had over $42,000 remaining on it and they rolled it over on my next trailer which was only a $34,000 trailer and now I owe $93,000 over 25 years.

    GO ELSEWHERE is actually their name. Smiles at the door and when you sign the papers but that's where it ends. Installed a hitch incorrectly and in my opinion unsafely. Went to a hitch dealer and weighed the specs and the dealer installed hitch was out of spec by 200 pounds on the tongue weight. My husband contacted them and was immediately sent to legal who shamed him. I personally contacted them and said they were a joke and not to contact him and contact me. They ruined the experience for him. What do they do? ****** him hand over fist to contact them so they can fix the issue. I left my name and number but they won't contact me since I won't have the wool pulled over my eyes. Ask them about their interest rates. If you have good credit the amount they will charge you is 17% if you back check it with mortgage calculator. I work in finance, get real.
