    Very poor service. Total disregard for the customer. Sold us 5 inch siding. Installed 4 inch with out telling us. Waited 7 months for the work to be done after getting our 20,000$ deposit. Very poor customer service all around

    Customer paid a $20,000 deposit June 2, 2022, to get their windows, siding and eavestrough replaced on their home. Signed contract stated we would supply and install standard color Mitten vinyl siding to the house and garage and verbally it was agreed on that the siding to be installed would be horizontal 4 vinyl siding as we dont offer a 5 horizontal product. Windows were received late August 2022 and installed from Sept 7-9, 2022. Significant rot in the walls was discovered and was repaired before siding could be installed. Siding and rot repair was completed from Sept 22-Oct 11, 2022. ***** trough and some service work was completed October 20, 2022. From signing of contract/deposit to completion was 4 months. Not once in this time frame did the customer comment that they felt the wrong siding product was being installed. However, we were told in this time frame that the customer did not like the look of the vinyl siding and had wished that they went with *********************** instead. The customer informed us that they were unhappy with the dimensions of siding on Thursday December 1, 2022, the day after the customer was emailed their invoice. The general manager went to site to go over any deficiencies or service work with the client on Monday Dec 5, 2022. At this site meeting we were told by the client that they were looking for a price reduction on their project. Based on this conversation we sent an offer to the client providing them with a credit of the remaining 14% outstanding, on the contract price. Under the condition that they would receive the manufacturers product warranties but that they would not receive our companies, one-year, full labour warranty on all of the work completed in the contract. The client accepted this offer on December 15, 2022.
