    I had Capitall replace all my windows in my home from 2009-2012 the quality of the windows were poor as they used various suppliers and though I had problems with sweating and ice build up they said this is normal and would not do anything. ********* on one window came off and never was installed proper and though asked for them to address never did. I had a crank window on my bay window shatter last week and though the warranties say 20 year on class they said shatter is not covered, which was not covered and would not do anything. I had a reputable company come and quote to replace the "defective" window and it was noted the large bay window is yellowing as a result of loss of gas. I will not recommend this company as they do not back up the product the sell and install.

    Just because a customer does not want to accept what we say, doesn't mean it's wrong. Sweating and ice build up is normal when the humidity in the house is too high. Not sure what "strip" he is referring to as I don't believe I knew that was a problem. He did email last week when his window shattered. I advised him the 20 year warranty on glass is for seal failure. Pressure cracks and breakage is only covered for 1 year by almost every window manufacturer. We installed his windows 11 years ago.
