Clients are required to sign an order authorizing work to be completed in advance of project execution. Mobilization funds are to be tendered in advance of project commencement, and prior to any custom fabrication, clients' are required to sign-off (approve) shop drawings. Changes are not permitted without added cost, no refunds or exchanges provided.
