- There are no refunds for the Hosting and Support packages. Site cancellation will be effective on the first day of the upcoming month. Upon receiving a site-cancellation, TWH will release the domain.
The Client has the right to cancel within 30 days of a Website Package purchase, however, if the work has begun, they will be refunded for all charges except for any labor and third party costs associated with the Website Package accrued from the order date to the date of cancellation.
TWH reserves the right to terminate services and remove any website that is engaging in illegal, immoral or unethical activities as determined by TWH. TWH reserves the right to cancel services when overdue balances exceed 90 days. - Business Categories
