  Choose any other place than here. Will overcharge you not do what you want damage your vehicle and then not take responsibility for it and the work is extremely shotty. Will lie every step of the way. They also do not pay the people that they contract out to do bodywork as I was harassed about not paying my bill because they said that I didnt pay when I did. Regret so much taking my vehicle here and Im still paying to fix damage that they did to it. The owner is arrogant and treats you like you are stupid. He never takes responsibility for anything that he should being as hes the owner he blamed everything on his secretary. Im sorry, but you shouldnt be calling yourself the owner if youre saying your secretary is making all the decisions. No care was taken when they worked on my vehicle. They also did not listen to the way I wanted things done, and when I asked why my bumper was not done the colour that I requested it they told they thought their way would look better and thats all that mattered. I plan to take it somewhere else and have it made the colour that I had originally asked it to be, but this shouldnt have to be done because I already paid once and it was not done right. If you wanna pay way more than youve been quoted for work, thats not done properly go to them. I got scammed, so Im really hoping that I can save at least one person form being screwed over by this business

  ***** thank you for your ****** review, albeit it is very harsh and not entirely factual. Not to deflect, but the facts are the facts: the initial delay was caused by the Body shop, Royal Autobody, not starting the job at the scheduled time. In terms of the wrap it is only as good as the the body shop's work underneath the wrap, which was not good at all. We have stopped using them because of the issues with your truck. As explained to you prior, we had to bring the truck to a second body shop to repair most of the work done by the body shop, and it was delayed as they were busy as well, but they got it in as quickly as possible. We incurred additional costs for the repairs to the body work to be redone as well additional vinyl and additional installation time. I appreciate your criticism, and we have learned much from this project. I have apologized to you for the delays and the issues and thought they were addressed. We are currently dealing with Royal Autobody as to payment because they need to be held accountable for their terrible work. Once matters are settled with them, it is our full intention to refund you for this portion of your invoice.

  Big disappointment when arriving for a partial Paint Protection Film install today and finding out my quote which I even paid a deposit for was under quoted by more then 60%. Decided not to have it done as I couldn't talk with anyone at the company except the person who quoted and was re-quoting more to have original and/or a similar amount of work done. Very disappointing.
