    During the improved weather on the first week February ****, I was able to utilize the services of **** and ******* to have 2 large poplars and 1 spruce tree cut and removed. Most of the debris was put thru the chipper and the cut up logs were stacked for free pickup of the fire wood. The wood pile was gone within a day. They completed the job safely with a fair price and the area was swept clean of sticks and stuff. The work was completed in a professional and safe manner.I recommend their services.

    Hired Just Trees to do a large tree removal in Sept 2022. Dates set several times and never bother to show up or call me. Texts, phone calls etc never returned. Makes all sorts of excuses to not show up ("my son is sick", "I only do large removals on weekends", "I'm short handed today", "It's snowing so maybe next year", "I'm getting old"). Keeps postponing even in the next year (May 2023) but assures me that he will be there on the new scheduled date and offers me a bit of a discount. Again he never shows up. Finally hired someone else and when ****'s name was mentioned, eyes rolled and they couldn't contain themselves and gave out a big laugh and said "we know of him! **** only does small jobs and you're lucky if he ever actually shows up." They were right, **** never called back or showed up. What a poor business man!!!!!!!!

    I'm sorry but you kept wanting more added on and lower pricing. You told me you were shopping around and got a better price. I told you to go for it, as we were not going to match it. I also said that we would be there once our schedule cleared up and things slowed down for us for the price you wanted. I'm sorry it wasn't quick enough for you, we are a small family owned company but in big demand.If you want quality work, there usually is a wait time and yes it could take several months before we arrive and a price that reflects quality, experience and skill. I will also always put my sons' and co workers health and safety before any kind of tree work.As far as the boys you hired, I'm happy they were able to help you so quickly. I'm sure they haven't been around long as we specialize in mature tree care care. They are more than welcome to come and join us on one of our "small" jobs.
