  My truck got stolen and the **** found it, then they called this unprofessional company to pick up my truck so we went to get our truck back on the morning and they charged us $550 for less than 12 hours of storage, when our manager asked him if we could get better rates because this is unbelievable number he yelled at the company manager and fired him. We called the owner of this company and he was copy past of his ********** star

  Had a terrible experience from Double L towing. Parked my vehicle at my son's daycare to pick him up and the driver yelled at me to move my vehicle over, so I did. Only to realize one minute later the guy blocked my van into the parking lot and I had to wait there until he finished. I honked my horn at him to hurry up, so he came over to my window and told me I was stupid for parking where I did. Very unprofessional and I will never use this business as a result. That employee should be reprimanded for how he treated public people, especially as a woman with a child in the back seat.

  Had my trailer towed due to being involved in a collision while I was not present and not having a license plate for the **** to identify.A license plate was acquired right away and a phone call was made to ****** at Double L towing asking if they had my trailer on hand that I could come pick it up right away. He said yes on having it but I couldnt come pick it up until the police had cleared it for release as they wanted to verify insurance and license plate prior. This was a note put on file by the ****. I voiced concerns to ****** at Double L towing about me having documents on hand to prove it was insured. ****** indicated to me that they werent the **** and were not in charge of checking documents for release. The police officer at the time was out on an important call and couldnt phone this establishment to give the green light. Understandably, I waited the next day once the **** had given Double L towing the green light. Upon arrival the following morning to Double L Towing, ****** who refused to give his last name and requested to see documents prior to release even after having acknowledged receiving the green light for release from the ****. Just an overall strange experience with what seems to be bi-polar personality with a touch of desire for imaginary power or authority over honest hard working people such as myself who followed each direction to the letter with great patience and understanding. Unfortunate the world seems to be operating strictly on greed and deliberately misleading people in order to hopefully gain more storage fees or what not. Not impressed with Double L towing.They arent who they use to be.
