    This place has the very worst security and customer service I have ever experienced. Yesterday we were contacted to notify us that for the 2nd time in a 6 month period, our storage unit had been broken in to (along with approximately 15 others) since the latches had been removed, we asked for the on shift employee to give us the managers number so we could be guaranteed that there would be overnight security until our units had been repaired and locked. The employee **** used to contact the manager at first. Once i explained that I would not leave until I spoke to the manager, he (***) finally contacted her. He asked if she would speak to us and she refused. Being that we were given no other choice but to removed our items from the premises due to no lock, no latch and no promise of security, we asked that the month be refunded. *** told us good luck with that and even if it did happen, it would be in a months time. In an attempt to contact the manager myself, I spoke to 2 other employees at different locations in the city. One was very kind but informed us that it wasnt her problem not only have we dealt with this same situation at the north end twice now, once we removed our items, we found them to have rodent bites in all the boxes and everything was filthy. The customer service and security here is non existent. Their idea of fixing the problem is to use. Chicken wire to patch holes in the fence where thieves keep breaking in
