By purchasing services by Carmel Joy Baird on this site or via the office, you agree for yourself or for the person for whom you have purchased services that any and all information is subject to the recipient’s interpretation. Any information provided that is listed on her website and/or during consultations does not substitute for medical, psychological, business, legal or financial professional care. If you are in need of professional care from a doctor, counselor, psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor please obtain these services elsewhere.

Please note that all readings booked beyond 6 months are booked as a Phone reading, as we cannot guarantee Carmels location schedule.

All readings are Non-Refundable, however they do understand that emergencies and life can happen. If you need to postpone your reading appointment you must notify the office as soon as possible of your request to reschedule. They will take into consideration the time you have already waited for your reading and they will do our best to fit you in asap and/or at the next available appointment date.

Please be aware due to circumstances of illness or family emergency, Carmel may need to reschedule your appointment. Carmel needs to be at her best emotionally, mentally and physically to provide you with the best reading possible. We reserve the right to reschedule all readings within 12 months of your original appointment date. If this happens, you will receive an email or phone call prior to your appointment and you will be given the next available appointment date.

All services will be conducted solely upon the discretion of Carmel Joy Baird. Carmel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at anytime for any reason. Requests for her services under false pretense, will be deemed null and void. (This includes media, researchers or any others who do not disclose their affiliations or intentions)

Please do not wear strong scents; perfumes or colognes to the office. Carmel is susceptible to migraines, and scents trigger these unfortunate headaches.

At the end of your reading they will provide you ONE(1) MP3 recording of your session at that time only. They do their best, however technical difficulties can happen and some sessions may not be recorded accurately. They are not responsible for MP3’s that did not record the session properly. If you wish to record your own reading you are free to do so.

Due to tight schedules, they cannot accommodate clients who are later than 15 minutes for their appointment. Please plan accordingly. Connecting late in excess of 15 minutes can result in a full cancellation of your booking with no refund. Please call the office if you are lost or delayed.

They will not cover any travel costs incurred by their clients, in the case that they are travelling to see Carmel. If you choose to travel to see her in person, as opposed to a phone reading, this is a personal choice. They have stated their cancellation policy clearly, and therefore travel charges are not covered in the case they do have to cancel an appointment. 

Carmel takes lunch at 12:00pm-12:30pm so please note 12:30pm clients will not be seen earlier than 12:30pm. 

During the winter months, unpredictable snowstorms can cause poor road conditions. Because River Lane Ranch is semi-rural, the roads are not cleared as quickly as those in the city. Accidents have happened in the past and Carmel has a strict policy on closing the office and not allowing clients to drive in bad weather conditions. They will notify you if this happens ASAP and your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date. Keeping in mind they do the best to rebook you asap.

Carmel is currently filming a Television show and sometimes things may arise due to filming or unforeseen circumstances that may require your appointment to be rescheduled, they will notify you in as much advance notice as possible and reschedule your reading to the next available appointment.

Due to travel, filming and unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your in person reading may be changed to a phone reading. They reserve the right to transfer all in person readings to phone readings should that be needed. Please understand that we are booking 15 - 16 months in advance, and this may be the required course of action. However, also note all phone readings are just as amazing as in person readings. Carmel reads for clients all over the world via telephone.

All classes & courses are non-refundable, however they do allow you to transfer any credits to any other class, course or reading of your choice.

All small exclusives, large group events and merchandise purchased from Carmel Joy Baird’s website are all non-refundable.
