Shared with Public Public All in my opinion, I would not recommend ************************* to anyone, 0 out of 5, not enough 0's. They are an absolute disgrace! People who have a disability both seen and unseen are discriminated against. This is probably the reason that to this day June 30th, 2022 there is not even one handicapped parking stall at ******** Property, ************************************************************************************ which has 40 townhouses. If you have a pet beware, the manager likes to play favorites. Make-up baseless stories without any merit or evidence. ie: police report about your potential dog is a reason for eviction, what's up with that? When you inquire who owns the property, its like something out of a 007 movie " top secret" no response! They like to increase the rental payment by 10% a month. I'm just getting started... avoid getting involved here, it's not worth it, not your sanity or your health! The management are not aware of what an act of kindness is. I never asked them to pay for my dog's food, vet bills etc., just be human. A pet can give you so much joy whether you are disabled or not. Time for the manager and management to change their attitude or take a long hard look in the mirror! The above has been posted to the general public on ********* **************** page as well as ****** public and others....

We here at Align hope you are well, and though we did not part ways on good terms, we hope you found a wonderful, pet friendly complex that was within your budget. In response to your complaint:You were aware that Neuhaven was a pet free complex. You got a dog without permission and allowed it to roam free, unattended, and unleashed. You were requested to provide documents for your "service dog" which you could not provide because the dog was not a service dog. You were warned multiple times and continued to allow the pet to roam. Due to this fact, your lease was not renewed. You refused to leave and remained in the unit well after, involving the court system in order to have you removed. This is not a matter of human rights but rather a matter of repercussions for your actions. You chose to ignore the rules and attempted to "ask for forgiveness rather than permission". When you were told no, you took to the internet. Neuhaven is a rent controlled complex, the lease rates are based upon government requirements and are set at 10% below market value. Parking requirements are set by the city. The only parking you legally had access to as per your lease was your garage. Handicap parking stalls are not required due to the amount of parking and size of the complex. Thank you for your time.
