They are very unprofessional and just outright rude. When I say "they", I mean literally every person from this company I have dealt with. All I wanted were a few simple appraisals but they strung me along and canceled my appointment twice. The second time with no warning or communication. Now I live quite a distance from the Saint ****** location where the appraiser works from so the time and money spent driving to an appointment I was not informed was canceled was very frustrating. Got to doing my research on the company and I am not impressed with their customer service or management.

I have purchased items on two occasions on Beck auctions...and both times had received items damaged....contacted the company and they did not want to pursue the matter since my purchases were too little for them to waste their time to deal with it.....very unprofessional attitude since I am now in possession of damaged goods...which is not what I purchased in good faith through their auction site.
