DOIT LED & SOLAR RETURN POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within thirty days of delivery (subject to a 25%restocking fee). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately wecan’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your itemmust be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
No returns offered for:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Items without the original packaging
Items without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Only partial refunds are granted for:
An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you anemail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will alsonotify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and acredit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method ofpayment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shippeddirectly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping for Returns and Refunds

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costsrelated to returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If youreceive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from yourrefund.
DOIT LED & SOLAR strongly suggests using insured trackableshipping services for all orders over $75. We will not be liable forany items lost in transit to or from the customer’s address.
