  The individual that came out to give me an estimate for upgrading my attic insulation was on time, courteous, friendly and easy to talk with. He explained all the work that needed done. Very satisfied.The office staff ( ***** ) was absolutely diligent in returning calls, answering any questions I had, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.The crew that was sent out to do the attic insulation was very mannerly, took care to protect the floor, walls etc, cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed, arrived on time and I am pleased with the job done. Very satisfied from start to finish. Within a few hours I did noticed my upper bedrooms were much warmer. I have no hesitation in recommending Expert Insulation.

  Very nice staff. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up ALL their mess. Didnt try to upsell very thing. Very honest about what needed to be done. Love that the company sends a picture and name of the people coming to your house. Thanks for the great service!

From the initial assessment, through the booking process and the final insulation work provided, good communication and professional work completed.   We had a good overall experience with Expert Insulation Contracting Ltd. From the assessment to the final installation was done as per a scheduled plan. Assessor was thorough and took photos of what he observed. Then those photos were shown in the quote where we were told what would be done about the problems causing **************** and attic rain which we have had trouble with since the first winter we lived in the home, 2017-18. As per the quote they brought our R value up to 70 in the main home and R60 in the garage. The three man crew worked well together. They entered and exited from the garage hatch to minimize the mess inside the house, appreciated. I waited a few weeks and then another cold spell to see if the changes made a difference in the frost volume. I could tell the difference because I have been watching this problem since 2018 and trying to decide how to manage. In the years before Expert Ins had come we added 2 DuroFlo vents and 2 more lower roof vents to see if ventilation would solve the problem. It did not. One of the main contributors to the attic frost was the wire access point to the many pot lights were not sealed. Now since Expert has applied their expertise, I believe we can be confident not to have to look into the attic multiple times each winter to look for frost. Now we can fix the 2 wet stains in the vaulted ceiling area and not have to worry anymore. Cheers Experts

  Very happy with Expert Insulation. I received a phone call from the office shortly after the home evaluation with the Estimator. The office discussed the estimate and was very helpful with the ****** Green rebate program and how it relates to insulation upgrades. The crew were careful to use runners throughout the house flooring and were very good at cleaning up.Communication was great with office, estimator and crew and am very satisfied overall with the job.

  I advise anyone who is women by yourself not to do business with them. I called them to do a job for. They make me feel comfortable while talking with me on the phone and promised to get the job I asked for done no time . My nightmare began after they started to do the work. They started to complain about not able to get the job done before they begin . They sent teenagers to do the work . They tried to bully me to go plans that make last minute thinking I will go with that so they can charge me ****** more. They left me and my kids unsafe area without finishing the job. I call many times office all I can talk to is receptionist to pass my message finally when I get call back it was threat of them telling me they will take me to court without finding out what is happening and sending someone to check the job side after many yelling and threats they hang up the phone on me without letting me talk. Now I'm stuck with unfinished job at long weekend. Please don't fall for lies and safe yourself before you are left alone with unfinished job and harassment.
