    Max ********************** installed 2 furnaces in December 2021.. nothing but problems from then till now November 2023. Called the office..secretary would not let me speak to one of the for managers.my name is not in their system. Surprised as I have emailed and talked to Max ********* often!Problems started from day 1 after installation.gas leakhad to call Atco first to confirm there was a leak from furnace. Repaired by ***( no charge in July 2022). Said needed a effect storm for home to Blow up. May 2022 wanted air conditioner turned oncalled Romaniuk ********************** as assumed it was a conditioner issue. Not soMax guy did not connect conditioner cables to furnacecost $99!City did not pass inspection..red city sticker still on furnace,,,,Nov 2023, November 2022..motherboard on upstairs furnace was not workingMax replaced as year warranty was still in effect. October 2023humidifier leakedfurnace not working.cost $300+ to repair. November 2023 motherboard on furnace needs replacing. Warranty will cover cost of mother board but not diagnosis and labor! I am 83 years old and have never dealt with an individual or company that did not honor their work, product or customer who had issues with whatever was bought and paid for. ************

    This company conducted a service call on my sewer backup. They claimed everything was taken care of and bilked me. I paid the fee on the spot. Then 6 days later another flood in the same area, I called them back thinking they would honour their work. Their own scope revealed that they didnt resolve or clean the debris in the pipe the first time. After the second visit they tried to bill me 2.5 times the cost of the first visit. I tried to discuss the matter with the company owner, project manager and office staff. The only thing they would say is pay! I refused to pay then they sent my bill to collections and now were involved with lawyers. Do not use these guys unless you want negligent work and then have to pay for that work. I had to resort to another company to get my plumbing resolved properly and hire a lawyer to deal with them.
