    They bill you for what appears to be full price but install far less wire mesh than in the quote and spend far less time than they stated they take to do it. It was all caught on the security camera. Photo's were submitted to them and they gave $24..26 discount for 6' x 3.5' less wire mesh than the quote of 10' x 5'. We were told they would need at least 3-4 hours (approx 2 hours each trip) They refuse to give a breakdown of the actual bill to show any rationalization of the post, the 2 trips (37 minutes and 24 minutes), and the specific amount for the far less mesh installed, They broke into our property the second time when we were not home when we were clear in multiple means (email, text and phone calls) not to enter when we were not there creating a mess of issues with our security system and stress for our family. They damaged 4' of privacy slats that they were in great condition prior and were to be reused, however, they bent and twisted them in their rush causing permanent damage to the shape and they no longer provide any privacy as they now have large gaps to see through. We have never dealt with a company so inconsiderate, unprofessional and disgraceful.
