    STAY AWAY FROM SCREEN SAVERS PLUS!!I had a sliding patio door rescreened by Screen Saver Plus. Following the job, the door would not slide. When I contacted them, they immediately told me a needed a new door. Strange considering it worked fine before this company rescreened it!After several emails, the company agreed to send someone, at my expense, to look at it. Instead of paying Screen Savers Plus, I had another company look at it. The problem turned out to be that the door had not been properly reseated in its track after the rescreening.This company does shoddy work and offers absolutely no customer service following the completion of the job. The review I left on Screen Savers Plus website was removed. That explains how the company has a 4.5 star rating, it removes reviews that are not positive.BEWARE OF SCREEN SAVERS PLUS!!

    You stated that your company tired to contact me by phone and email several times and were unable to reach me. You called and left a message one time and emailed once after I had already solved the problem at my own expense (both attempts came after I posted a negative review of your company). I replied to your email stating very clearly that I had paid to find the solution to the issue and I no longer wanted to deal with your company. I am certain reimbursement of what I paid your company is not a consideration as you were not willing, in the beginning, to even send someone to evaluate the problem.As for the removal of the negative review, I wrote it, I posted it, it disappeared and then (following the BBB posting where I stated it was removed from your website) it reappeared. Ill leave it to potential clients to infer as they will what might have happened.
