  ****** *** ****** ****** *** **** **. I had a chargeback on my account, the only one ever and they asked me to pay the 8000 which I did without question. Then after several weeks I called the bank that initiated the chargeback and they put me intouch with the department that handles it and they let me know they chargeback had already been decided in my favor very quickly. When I tried to ask jobber about this they gave me the run around and then I got an email stating they were holding $10,000 usd incase of chargebacks owing me already another 8000 that we had ran in credit cards through the system. Jobber denies the chargeback reversal in my favor and gives me no answers.

  I hired a contractor by placing a 50% deposit through jobber. However, the contractor never finished and charged the rest of the amount on my card without my permission. We reported the fraud to our bank and now the contractor is harassing us, why would Jobber give someone access to my credit card number, its advertised as using third party software to process payments securely

  Feeling defeated and frustrated with jobber.If you need to downsize your plan they have no issue giving you cheap rates.If you threaten to leave they have no issue giving you cheap rates. If you refer someone you get cheap rates.But providing affordable rates for small businesses regularly is out of the question. This ******** based company is charging small ******** businesses an insane rate. And ******** dollars. How can I grow my business with these fees?! The platform itself is no different than so many others so how do they charge so much more? Officially shopping around for a new booking platform.

  I have had countless issues with this company since onset in 2021. A ******** ************* that charges ********* in ******** Dollars. I see the ******** address for the business and just laugh. What a scam. They charge extra dollars without permission or warning, and have done so to me for literally thousands of dollars. When I phoned to get my money back (which i didnt think would be a big issue because it was their fault charging without my permission or knowledge) and they came back at me saying they have a ZERO refund policy (couldn't find that info anywhere on their site) ZERO. And then trapped me into a Credit.. where I had no choice but to use their services for another year because they wouldn't return my money. I am a small business, and will stay small for as long as I use them. My fees have now become anywhere from 5-$600 CAD every single month for a team of 7. I have finally found a replacement that does the exact same thing for $50/month with unlimited team members, and full use of their platform. All of my ******** friends and colleagues that own businesses are switching to this new platform. This is the BIGGEST issue for ******** companies using jobber. It gets to a point where we can't justify paying the exchange rate for a company that truly does not care about the economic growth within their own country of origin. It's disgusting Jobber, and you should be incredibly ashamed for selling out and taking money away from small businesses. This business is a scam in my opinion and I wont be spending one more dollar with them. I will make sure that I share this new option with as many ********* as I can, because we can't get ahead with Jobber deciding to charge us in ******** dollars just because they're money hungry, greedy, capitalists that don't actually care about the growth within our own country. Absolutely disgusting. This practice is part of what is wrong with the world today. Never been so disappointed in a Canadian Business before.

  I have Been Scammed by them for money. After ********** Services with a trial 2 years ago in 2021, they are still using the credit card info they have on file and trying to run almost 400 dollars at a time to steal money.

  This is a scam you spend all that time for nothing 25 home improvement businesses to get grants and they award 5 lawn services 10 cleaning services ect not 1 home moving and set up service why?

  They are Relentless in their phone calls ask them to take me off of their call list and they have continued to call me every day for 10 days including Sunday Father's **** Thirsty vultures beware.
