    I contacted YEG, and they were out within a couple of days. ******* had to run out for parts, and had my equipment hooked up and running within an hour. This is my second experience with *******. The first time was a dishwasher install where he went above and beyond.I would recommend ******* and won't hesitate to contact him next time.

    Very very bad Service when you call them, they will argue a lot first they say they will give you two years warranty but then when you call, they will tell you to your fault whatever happened you did it did not come to fix the problem. Very very bad. I have to give them one star as otherwise I will give zero.

    Respectfully, we do honour our warranty. and what you are saying is completely false. Ive been in business almost ten years and never bad a warranty issue let alone an issue with service or quality of work (which you praised us to our face for). Its amazing to me that youre complaining because I wont come back to your house for free. If I am so bad, why do you keep calling me to come back and ask me to do more work for you? Im sorry, we cannot or will not do anything else under our warranty for you. There has been damaged done by you or another party. There is a manufacturer warranty that you are still covered on. If the hardware failed for instance. For hardware just to be completely missing is impossible and not something we did. While I was at your house all you did was rudely grind me on the price and then when were done you praise us for a job well done. Four months later you call me and tell me theres a problem. I explained to you (not argued) that we are not responsible for you damaging something or a manufacturer defect . Any interaction with you has been uncomfortable, unpleasant and you have proven to be completely unreasonable. We honour our work we just dont give into blatant disrespect, bullying and someone trying to take advantage of our good nature and good business practices. I witnessed your builder tell you the same thing on the phone when you were trying to blame them and demand they come back on their dollar to your ridiculous demands and faulty work allegations.. Its unfortunate you try to smear a good business because you didnt get your way and didnt want to pay a service fee. Sorry we dont work for free. I wish you well but please stop contacting /harrassing me or my business associates, (calling from blocked numbers) weve all heard enough and come to the same conclusion. Take Care.
