    Weve had excellent service from Diamond Willow twice in the past, so when our water heater cut out last week, we called them and left a message just before opening time. They called back within 10 minutes, then had a technician at our house by 11 AM, ordered the parts right away via courier, and the technician was back at our house by 2:30 PM with new parts in hand problem fixed! Wow! These folks are super friendly, competent and honest, and impress us every time. We highly recommend them.
