    This business is now operating in Squamish BC as Komorebi Cleaning. The owner was initially pleasant to deal with and then flipped a switch when there was a billing discrepancy. The cleaners showed up 90mins before the scheduled appointment. They said they couldnt get a hold of the owner that morning to notify me. I was charged $50 for 15mins time the two cleaners were waiting to park/gain access. I communicated I would need to get ready and get my dogs out of the home. When I challenged the time charged for this, the owner was completely unapologetic. I asked the invoice be amended so Im not charged for the time they were waiting since this was completely their scheduling/personnel issues. When I asked she call me about the bill she stopped speaking (or hung up?). She used threatening gaslighting tactics and texted me that she reported me to **** after 2 weeks of sending invoice, and would seek legal action etc. She said its her policy to charge as soon as their vehicle arrives, customers dont set prices etc. Another issue, her website states the cleaning fee is $50/hour. No mention of man hours. Two people showed up for 2 hours cleaning and I was charged 4.75 hours. Im not sure what they did because the kitchen sink wasnt even touched and I have a 30 square foot kitchen. They also charged a mileage fee, which is fine but never communicated. She also didnt apply the new customer promotional discount quoted until I challenged the invoice. I highly recommend avoiding this business owner that has relocated her business to *******************.
