    ****** was very good at explaining the quality and manufacturing of their windows and doors. Also the process of installation. He spent the time to answer all our questions and was very thorough with his explanations.

    I would like to send you my thoughts on 2 work orders i am very happy with the finished product on the first as well as the interactions of your employees and sales person. i was not surprised to receive the same quick action taken on my present order in a friendly and informative manner. i hope i will be just as pleased with the finished product. The sales and the final measurement duo were on time and very pleasant to deal with. I am looking forward to the installation in the near future.

    I had ****, a sales representative for Window Mart, come to our home earlier today. He took his time and explained in detail, using models and descriptions, how great these windows truly are. I had no idea as to what went into the making of these windows and he provided me with a great education. I found him to be very well informed about his products and was well versed on the product materials as well. Window Mart in ******* **. are fortunate to have such a skilled and well-knowledged person to represent them.

    What a fantastic company, we had the best sales consultant who took the time to explain everything, not rush or become pushy as we explored other companies. Then the installation was absolutely flawless. They were so professional and worked a steady pace.

    It's terrible service. I have placed the order in April 2022 and they promised it would be done in September 2022. However, they didn't contact me until I contact them in November 2022. So I booked an appointment for the installation and the installation guys visited my house 3 times but it is not still done yet. Whenever they visited my house, I had to remove my furniture and clean up the space after working. Sometimes, I got a schedule on Saturday at 9 am so I removed every piece of furniture but just got a call at 9 am and just said: "We cannot make it today sorry". After they installed all windows, they said one part was missing so I have to wait again. It was in November 2022. I waited until yesterday(It's Feb 08 now). They didn't contact me and I called them to ask for my part. They said it's already in the office but there is no schedule for my installation. That's the reason why they didn't call me. I want to talk manager and requested it but I still didn't any call from them. Be careful! They didn't care about customers. Just sell the window and get the money. That's it. Do not expect any customer service. If you want a contract with them, you should wait for a long time. Not recommend. The one pa installed yet

    The whole Window Mart team is amazing to deal with. They provide prompt service, and everyone I have dealt with is extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their windows and doors. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, installation department is friendly, service department is quick to deal with any concerns and all the installers are standout. They also have a beautiful showroom if you are curious to see what the products look like before making any decisions. 1000/10 they are the best when it comes to window and door replacements!!!
