I had a very good experience with Bascoworld ******* when I asked them to defog my two windows and replace another sealed glass unit. Simon is easy to communicate with to find a schedule for the work. ******* is so polite to customer and took time to explain the options for my window repairs. Kudos to him for installing the new insulated glass unit nicely with no noticeable change or damage to the wooden window frame. Certainly I would call bascoworld if need be. I highly recommend them for these type of jobs.Basco World

After researching different companies to have my window defogged, I contacted Basco. Basco quickly responded to my quote request and sent a technician to evaluate what I needed. Instead of defogging my window, I went with the recommendation to have it replaced and this was an excellent choice. Over the last 12 months, I noticed the room the window was situated was hotter in the summer and colder in the winter. Having replaced the window, the room remained cool during this recent hot August and I am anticipating it will be warm during the winter. The technician that provided the recommendation and the technicians that installed the new window where very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I am grateful for their expertise and the rapid response and installation. Thank you Basco team.Basco World

We live in a rural community west of ******* and have really appreciated the remote service provided by ***** especially repairing the window opening mechanisms that are small but important when they dont work. Basco recently installed a triple pane large kitchen window and worked to give a good price and the service was once again of the highest professionalism.Basco World

Basco did an excellent job on my 3 windows that needed the seal repaired against condensation and also repaired a window mechanism that had been broken. They were prompt and very polite and friendly. Will recommend to any of my friendsBasco World
