- Stocked items (excluding cut wire) may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase.
Items deemed defective may be exchanged for equivalent product within 15 days.
Beyond 15 days, a defective item is subject to manufacturer’s warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced.
Items must not have been altered in any way. (soldered to, wires cut…). All cut wire is final sale.
Items must be returned with original packaging.
Non-stock / special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
