  I am writing to provide a much different experience that my husband and I had with SRS as a moving company who provided exceptional all around services for my in-laws who moved into a senior village last week.We asked the sales lifestyle contact who we should consider as a moving company as we have never had to move our parents. They provided Seniors Relocation Solutions as the only company. I asked for another company and she responded we only one company as we have tried other company's and have been very disappointed with the results as were the family's who used them.I met the owner who came to my in-laws home for a consultation meeting. He was very thorough, very personable and professional. He was able to address all our services required, provide excellent *********************** answer questions and provide an accurate estimate.We had Seniors Relocation Services pack all household contents, move our parent's and do a full set up. The workers were on time, very pleasant, experienced & efficient and amazing with ************* overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend their services. Very very thankful for the recommendation by the senior village sales contact for suggesting Seniors Relocation moving company.

  Imagine being faced with a grandfather who at 91 went from a lovely well spoken man to unable to feed himself within a few months and trying to navigate how to move his home, handle his finances and have major abdominal surgery. Now imagine thinking youd found a company who specializes in seniors who stated they have approval from almost ALL seniors homes in ******* ( I called a few who never heard of him just for the record). Imagine having road block after roadblock happen but always keeping in touch and being told dont worry about we understand take care of your family. Now imagine sitting in a hospital room and asking if the move can be postponed a week or so as your in hospital and even offering a non refundable deposit and getting a text saying we wont be helping you. After you cancelled a previous moving company who wanted to help but because you had faith in this one, you now are left in the lurch while recovering in hospital. Anyone who works with families of seniors should be well aware of the issues and unpredictably that happens and while I get running a business , dont tell a family not to worry and 24 hours later cancel via text message. Not to mention the screenshots I have of receiving messages on the cellphone at 6am on many mornings. I wouldnt recommend this company to move my cats litter box after this kind of treatment nor would I trust a word they say. I am actually relieved I didnt trust them with my grandfathers property. The owner will talk a great talk but push comes to shove he truly doesnt understand how dementia and the trials ppl deal with work.
