This was an insurance claim job. But I suggested to my insurance company they find a new partner to do work for them. My roof was supposed to get done April/ May and it didnt get done till end of November. They had received the insurance money in June. I will not recommend them to anyone. They had no communication unless I contacted and even then it was hard to reach them. They ended up subcontracting my work out to another company as well. Not a happy camper. We will see if the work was done well this year. Hopefully I have no issues.Advanced Level Roofing Corp.

Hello *******, as discussed working with the insurance company we are required to take on the full scope of repairs even if we do not do the work ourselves. We are not equipped for metal roofing in Manitoba and we were required to use a third party for the repairs, there were major issues the delivery of the materials which caused significant time delays, we apologies this happened and agree it could have been smoother. The initial timeline was for a September install and it was pushed to November due to material shortages, this is unfortunately out of our control and although we understand it was frustrating as an experience, we did get it done and do a good job for you once things arrived. Roof improperly done, gaps and holes left in roof resulting in wasp nests in roof which we had to call an exterminator to clear out, and charged top price for the work. Multiple attempts to get repairs done resulted in lies from the company claiming they'd fix it. Now after only a year and a half (1.5 years) the shingles are starting to lift in places. All in all, terrible quality work, no customer support, way overcharging for a shoddy job.Advanced Level Roofing Corp.
