    Great West Radon installed radon mitigation Apr 2/25. Can highly recommend this company. We all know what it is like having contractor crews who don't care and leave a mess. Not these guys. They arrived on time, answered any questions, were professional and pleasant and cleaned up well. As for radon levels, my Airthings radon detector was long term averaging 187 Bq/m3 with frequent short term range of *******, even with my fresh air appliance HRV running non-stop for ventilation. Two days after mitigation, radon reading is 37 and HRV set to a normal cycle. They guarantee the fan and system for 10 years with long term levels below 75 Bq/m3, I think. So glad I decided to get radon mitigation and thankful I decided to hire Great West Radon for the job.

The installers were professional, gave me an explanation of how this works & answered my questions.They did clean up the job site, both inside and outside.     Were very pleased with the work Great West Radon (GWR) did in our home installing a radon mitigation system on November 20, 2024. We had already purchased an Airthings Wave Plus monitor February of this year, which is one of the monitors *** recommends. The readings in our home over most of the year were worrisome so we knew we had to act. We contacted a trusted home inspector whom weve worked with before & he provided several recommendations one of which was ***. ****** with *** came to our home, we discussed our radon readings & concluded a mitigation system was the appropriate next step. He explained the risk of unmitigated radon in a home, the install process from start to finish, what we could expect as a result of installing a mitigation *********** answered all of our questions. GWRs ************ installed the system in our home. They were both very personable, conscientious, & professional, completing the install in less than a day. Overall, our experience with *** was exceptional, from our first interaction with ****** & through the installation. And best of all, the radon levels in our home started decreasing almost immediately once the system was turned on & two days later the readings continue on a downward trend below GWRs guaranteed level. Weve already let our family know about our *************** plan to do the same with our ******************* so they can take appropriate action. We recommend Great West Radon. **************

    Dealing with Great West Radon has been excellent, from the initial contact to the pre-job survey and completing the work. Responses were always prompt, courteous and they delivered what was promised. On the day of installation everything went smoothly, the team took the time to explain everything in detail and they did clean up the job site, both inside and outside. It's only been a few days but our levels dropped (as promised) to the low double-digits. We're happy we selected Great West Radon and I certainly recommend them. Thanks to the whole team!
