    Hi ******, As discussed over email, I went through our email correspondence over the years and I see that I have always written back to you in a timely manner and that we have addressed all your concerns in the past. I don't see any hostility in the emails. Was there something specific that I should know about that we did to make you feel this way? What can we do better? I hope you can understand that we do work hard and try to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. There are certain things that handcuff us, because we have to follow the ******* legislation and the condo bylaws as well as we take direction from the ***** of ********* only and this sometimes can be in conflict with owners and tenants. Hopefully we can either change your opinion about us, or you can let us know what we did wrong and how we can improve moving forward.

    I’d lived in a Hillsboro in Edgemont managed condominium for five years. Any dealings I’ve had with Unit Management have been handled professionally. They run a fiscally well managed operation. I am grateful to have Unit Management handling my surroundings and affairs. Thank you.
