    Awful to deal with! Zero onsite management. Property is derelict and they do nothing. Residents are left to shovel snow, ice the back parking lot and you never get a timely reply EVER.

    Absolutely horrendous Rude encounters, issue never resolved. Verbal altercations with BRANDON ********* when requesting surveillance of a break in. unauthorized transactions to my credit card. This condo building was full of Fake surveillance cameras and the residents were never told. Few occasions where notice was not given for the parkade garage door to be worked on (people’s vehicles were locked inside) the front entrance directory to buzz in telecom system was broken and not repaired for weeks, garbage room door was broken and not repaired. Elevator door would break and he left constantly beeping for over 24 hours. Tried to tell me I needed to get my pet approved to live there after I’d already had him approved when I moved in (tried to evict my dog? My dog that does not bark….?) Just awful, i would have given my condo away to get out of there.

    This is without a doubt one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They do not answer phones or email. They will mess up the accounting ******* ** ****** ***** and will also charge you extra for mistakes they make with no explanation or reason. Avoid this company if possible.

    *********** was a huge help when I unknowing made an error which affected the automatic bank deduction of my monthly condo fees. From the awareness of my mistake, which was a surprise, to the work that had to be done to correct the mistake took some time and quite a few phone calls. *** was always very helpful, pleasant, patient and kind. He guided me step by step and sent me the necessary paper work and information needed to correct the problem. A representative from the bank and *** talked to make sure all that needed to be done to correct the problem with Go Smart Property managers was done completely and accurately. I am very thankful and appreciative for ***'s EXCELLENT HELP.THANK YOU ************

    Won't return emails and don't answer their phone.I have asked 3 different staff to tell me when and where the next board meeting is because I would like to take this to the board. No reply from anyone .They hired a plumber to install a hand held shower head at 11:30 at night on behalf of my tenant, without my knowledge and charged it back to my unit. $345. When I want to dispute this they send me a patronizing email stating that all repairs are the responsibility of the unit owner.....kind of the point I'm trying to make! So why did they call the plumber and not tell me. I got the bill 6 weeks later. You don't need a plumber to install a shower head!

    Just an absolutely awful company. I agree with the below reviews, that they are non-responsive, and when you finally do receive a response, it will be condescending and rude. Good luck getting ahold of them - they do not pickup the phone, and it took me two weeks to get through to anyone, and then the onus is on you to chase, chase and chase some more. I say this from a place of experience with multiple property management companies in *******, they are by FAR the worst. They are intentionally inflammatory, and worst of all, they are ineffective. They have clearly spent more time researching how to have an "out" from every problem, rather than address it. I almost bought a condo last year with this company, and I thank my lucky stars, that I did not go through with the purchase. Too bad, they're driving good residents away, ** ****** ** *********

    Your staff are rude and I agree about Shaun, he is the worst, absolutely ridiculous to deal with, totally condescending, and a *****. You have put a $500 levy against my mother's property because she hasn't had her windows assessed or replaced. You can't make people do any of this and you are harassing people, she is 83 and doesn't need this kind of stress. You say it'll be added to by $250 per week if she doesn't act accordingly? You don't even shovel the snow in a timely fashion. The rude answers to this review site just drive home the point of how unprofessional you are. I'll be seeking legal advice on this issue to ensure that what you're doing isn't completely shady.
