    Had a leaky toilet and an outside tap issue at the same time. ****** from Neptune Plumbing came to our home and did a great job on both problems. He worked quickly and efficiently and was extremely clean and tidy too! Good work!

    Work was done by *****. On time, very through, no rush, explained and demonstrated everything. ( new Toto Drake toilets) We have used Neptune for the past 4 years for all our plumbing needs.     The technician arrived ahead of schedule, knew how to analyse the situation and replaced the water heater. Work was done in an excellent way. There were no issues and the water heater works very well

    We had ****** over this morning for our annual furnace inspection, it went great no issues with the furnace. While doing his inspection he notice the water pressure was high and recommended that the pressure reducing valve should be replaced because it was 20 years old +. He had one in his truck and replaced it in half an hour.****** is was professional and I would recommend him excellent technician.****************
