"I was asked via automated emails numerous times to leave a review for Quality Appliance, here is my response:I was charged $150 for a service man to come to my house and tell me what I told him, my dishwasher door spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I was then told that the call-out cost would be applied to my project quote, but what was actually meant is that it would be added to the project quote, for just shy of $380 to install a $75 part in under one hour." ...
