    They seemed really good from web reviews,.. I can say I had a poor experience with them. They put a student in charge of my file 'to save me money' but the delays created a limited number of options for me (ie it took 2 months to get a demand letter out and a lot of ********** emails)I'm disappointed and the overall result means I am now going to be looking at another legal team, to start fresh or just file a claim in SCC.I think the result would have been better with out having used a summer student on the file (I tried to get ahold of the primary attorney but he kept referring me back to her) he was very hands off.Best of luck to anyone who engages with them. Remember, regardless of what your agreement says, legally they cannot act in a manner that is negligent, as attorneys, and then try to contract their way out of it.
