  MultiDimensional Immigration was persistent and proactive in following up with my case for PRTD, although it took 8 months to get issued, due to the Canadian government not working at full capacity.   About Dr. Mohamed ********* and his assisting team:I was referred to MDIC office by my previous employer, and I would like to share highlights of my experience: Mr. Mohamed and in-depth understanding of the process, as well as of peoples minds. A skill that manifested very well in his communications. In his meetings, he includes the information and the task due, an explanation why this task is important and the consequences of not properly completing it, and full list of possible mistakes that can happen and how to avoid them. He leaves no room for assumptions. This is a rare skill to find and I loved it most about the experience. Mr. Mohamed and his team communicates all updates in timely manner and he does not settle to the fact I sent an email to inform about . Rather, he makes sure I received, seen and understood the information by all means available. You will never miss a deadline with him.At each stage, Mr. Mohamed provides a road map to the next few steps ahead of me. I felt I am always aware of what is next (what to expect) while having time to get prepared if needed.
