  We recently had the pleasure of working with Calgary Home Watch & Concierge, and we couldnt be more impressed! ******* was incredibly thorough and professional, spending over an hour at our home to explain their service, credentials, police checks, insurance, and workers' compensation. His attention to detail was outstandingduring our walk-through, he identified three attic leaks we hadnt noticed and even caught a small leak in our water heater that would have otherwise gone undetected.Beyond his keen eye for potential issues, ******* provided invaluable tips on securing our home when we travel, giving us peace of mind while we're away.   We're retired couple that 3 years ago were desperately looking for a trusted party to take care of our house while out of country during winter months. We can't express enough how lucky we are that we found Calgary Home Watch & Concierge and since then our each year vacations are completed with the peace of mind. Receiving email report with pictures included after each visit checking on our house means a lot, and is the proof of a professional, reliable and efficient service. Our property keys are in good hands.

  I am frequently away from home, and for many years, my kind neighbours performed house checks for me. And then, 3 years ago, they made good on their plan to move to **, which threw me into a panic who would check my house when I was away? I found Calgary Home Watch & Concierge **** online. What sold me on CHWC were two things: 1) not only were there actual reviews on the BBB site, but they were all outstandingly positive; and, 2) when I emailed the company to inquire about services, and also to express my reservations about having strangers in my house, ******* phoned me immediately and set my mind at ease about who they were as a company, who would be in my house, and what their house check processes were. I contracted them immediately and their service has truly been outstanding and beyond expectations. From ******* to ******* to the administrative staff to the house check personnel, service is highly professional, conscientious, and impeccable. I receive prompt house check reports, complete with pictures, and monthly invoices that are itemized and easy to pay. With my very busy, highly committed life, the one thing that is reliable that I dont worry about are the services provided by CHWC.

  CHWC is an excellent service that I would highly recommend. We were hesitant to have someone unfamiliar to watch our house while in vacation, but ******* put our mind at ease and the process was absolute perfect. You get a full report every time they check your house and if you have any questions, the text response is always prompt, informative and kind. I highly recommend booking with this company to watch your home whether short or long-term. We will definitely be using them in the future.

  I am writing as a new customer of this company. We initially contacted them because we were going to be away for a 6 week period during the cold of winter, when there would be many potential risks: failed central heating, frozen pipes, flooding, break-ins, etc.Our initial enquiries were met with quick and comprehensive responses, and we found the services to exactly meet our needs. We arranged to have regular in-person checks of our home, inside and out and regular houseplant watering. For us, the advantages of this very professional service started from our initial direct contact, when the knowledgeable representative came to look efficiently around our home and provide advice about what specific services we might consider. He listened to our requirements and suggested a variety of options. We were able to **** those over and decide which we needed and which were not necessary.One of the options we selected was for date-stamped photos to be taken of a number of key items (plants, thermostats, water supply, etc). We did not foresee how reassuring it would be to receive this e-mailed evidence that all was well while we were away.Thanks to each of the staff who were involved in looking after our home while we were away. I can definitely recommend the flexible and professional services provided by this company.
