    On June 17, 2023 I phoned the business to inquire about a Pool and Spa Vacuum (see attached web clip), they acknowledged having 3 or more. I subsequently spent my fuel and time to attempt to purchase the item "listed at $70.00" This is a common price on ****** and other web outlets, being a supporter of buying local. When I went to the counter to purchase I was first told it was ~$134.00 then a manager or owner came to tell me it's right here in a binder listed at $114.00 retail, I told the manager I would purchase from a remote supplier for the advertised $70.00 to which they said OK, thanks, bye. My complaint is that Empress falsely advertised the item pricing and would not honor such, this is a warning to be publicly shared with all potential customers, do not trust this company, spend your hard earned dollar wisely else where.
