    We met ***** and we’re introduced to his company at the home show. He was a great salesmen and had great customer service. However once the job was his that deteriorated. We were not happy with the finished job and we’re told they would have a painter out. This has never happened. It’s been months and multiple phone calls all just ignored. I followed up again this year to see if he would be having someone come out to finish the job and he said in April, but has since again ignored all calls and messages. His stucco guys have painters tape still left on our exterior and they have stucco on our trim that they haven’t cleaned up. They even left their dirty mixing buckets and we assumed they would be back but haven’t. Told us it was hard to arrange a painter due to covid so I tried to be first on their list for painting this spring but have just been ignored Lousy customer service!! And cowardly not to return calls. They also broke a table of mine and there was no offer to replace it. I had to tell them they would have to replace it or go through insurance, which they finally did. Their prices were significantly higher than other companies, and we were okay with that thinking we would get the amazing customer service he promised, but it was all talk. Please avoid!!!
