    Good day, I had never seen such terrible service as in "Professional" Heating and Cooling in *******. On August 16, 2023 they replaced a furnace and charged $ ********. In November 2024 my family almost die because of that. We were lucky, my son ****** asked me: dad, let's buy and install new smoke detector. I refused, but finally we bought them and these devices saved our lives! In November 2024, at 3 A. M. we waked up because of the alarm. We felt very bad, everyone had a severe headache, the alarm worked for almost an hour, we opened all the doors and windows, **** *** **** ************** ******* ****** ****** ** ****** ******* They replaced, put a new furnace for free. During replacement, they broke a valve on A/C unit and released all refrigerant! They promised (I have many messages from this company) to fix this problem in the spring. Several time my wife called them and every time they promised and promised. The final date was on April 17, 2025. I was very busy, worked 7 days per week. They insisted: you must pay for a new valve, for installation of this valve, system was idle for a long time, so it would be condensation, etc., trying to take extra money. In any case, we fill refrigerant for free. We not guarantee that job because we did not install this A/C unit. For the first time in my life, I see such contractors. Finally, they said: your wife was not polite with us, so we did not fix our bad job. Probably, she has to kiss their hands and they will fix their bad job. I tried to communicate with this company many times. They just keep silence and did not answer! I am in shock of these guys!!!I will report this issue to the *************** and I am thinking of applying to the Court. No way to have business with this "professional" company!Thank you. ******* ***** **************************************************************
