I hired *** and his team to do a demolition of a bathroom and kitchen. Very expensive for what was done. I asked them specifically to flatten old cupboard pieces before putting them in large bin out front of my house. They didn't-claiming I had lots of room in it. what they didn't realize was that I had an entire garage full of stuff to get rid of. The fellow emptying the garage had to go into the bin and flatten the cupboards. Also they nicked a water line in the kitchen and had my cabinet installer not caught this error, it could have cost me thousands down the road. And then there was the dry walling. His team was not at all careful and poorly done. Once again , it had to be redone. Drywalled over plumbing which the plumber had to tear down to access pipes. Renovations are stressful enough and hiring this company was not in my best interest. Would not recommend

We hired *** last summer to removed the deck boards to install ground cover, redo the wooden deck and lattice, due to peeled paint last summer. We had purchased the deck paint, since he claimed the paint may peel. Our complaints as follow: 1. The complaint is not the paint had peeled (which it did a year later), but his poor workmanship. The wooden planks were not completely stripped or sanded off before new application of the paint. He claimed as long as the wood was smooth the paint should stick. This led the paint to peel and not the quality of the paint itself. 2. In addition, he was sloppy when he pressure hosed the lattice, which the scrap paint ended on the other side of our neighbor's property and he never cleaned up the mess. 3. After completion of the deck, he and another worker left a huge mess behind. Sprayed paint ended up on the side of the house, beneath the window and by the door. We had called him several times for him to clean up the paint left elsewhere. He and his worker could not clean up within one visit. We had called at least 3 - 4 times for the clean up. Every time he claimed the clean up was completed, the mess was still there. In between those visits, the clean up was not completed when this should had been done in 1 call.
