    Great service since day one, After sale was incredibly informative. The guy who installed was clean and orderly, Love my new kitchen/countertops!3 months in they still look brand new!

    AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE! They were amazing until after installation/ payment then disappeared completely when I voiced a few concerns. The seam is super obvious with dirty patches throughout, and there were strange black finger prints I couldn't remove in some areas. I emailed and asked for any advice on how to clean it, no response. Followed up a few weeks later, no response again. I decided there was nothing I could do and let it go but just a few months later I found a small chip around my sink! I own a cleaning company and chips are rare, even in crazy hectic househoulds with children and teens abusing them. It's just the hubby and I, nothing happened to cause the chip. If the product couldn't handle a few months of light/average use, how long will it last?! A year? A couple years? How bad will it look down the road? Thousands of dollars wasted and no one will bother to respond to my many emails, calls or voicemails. Once the reception responded that they would send someone two days later, but when I said we would both be at work they ghosted again. I sent a few more emails then called and spoke ***** at reception who said she would call me back weeks ago and never did. They're horrible! Don't do it!
