  Had a really great experience working with Avalon. Initially introduced to them through a community blitz to recommend having them look at my roof for hail damage. I was glad I took their advice and had their very thorough review done on the roof where it was ascertained that I indeed had damage from a hail storm. Every staff person that I interacted with was knowledgable and courteous and very helpful in terms of giving me up to date information. Most recently over the last few months I worked with **** who kept me in the loop and was a great conduit to what was happening, when the project was going to happen and all the finances required. I felt fortunate to have employed this fine company and my roof looks amazing...mind you, I am a bit afraid to get up there and look but other folks not in this company have told me they did a wonderful job!

  I was not aware that I had hail damage to my roof until a neighbor who was getting his roof done advised me to get my roof checked. He was using Avalon Construction and was pleased with their work. I called Avalon and they quickly sent a representarive to see me. Then they sent ***** who got on the roof and quickly told me that there definitely was damage.....not only to my roof but also to my eavetrough. After advising my insurance company of the damage, Avalon proceeded to write up a comprehensive report with photos, cost estimates, amount of materials needed to do the repairs and submitted it to my insurance company. A short time later, I was given the go ahead to use Avalon Contrucion. All work was completed quickly and I am very pleased with their work. Thanks to ***** and ****..

  Avalon was used for both my roofing and my siding and they were very quick to start work (even after a hailstorm and my neighbour's were waiting), extremely professional and gave us a fantastic price!!I would highly recommend Avalon for any of your construction needs, you will be extremely satisfied!!

  Avalon Construction completed my sidings and roofing around Feb 2021. They did an excellent job. Completed the entire job on given time frames.the supervisor Naz and other office staff are also very cooperative and courteous. The General Manager Gary Burns also visited this year on Jan for a leakage issue which was not found to be avalon related. But he still helped me out and did the survey of entire ceiling inside my house. Very professional and thorough people to work with. I am extremely happy with their services

  My house was hit by a hail storm in July 2021. I approached to Avalon for an estimate and they came into my house to explain the process. They were the only company who sat down and went through the entire process. I am glad I chose them to complete the entire repair and claim process. They had my roof and entire siding replaced. At the beginning TD only approved the siding repair but Avalon helped me to get the entire siding replaced due to color matching issue. I would recommend Avalon to everyone.

  Amazing service and work. The company worked with us to work as a bridge between the insurance company. When issues arose with supply - Avalon did all the work to ensure we received the proper product. They were very particular in their craftsmanship and took pride in the project. They replaced our roof and siding. We will certainly look to use Avalon construction in the future.
