      Recently they have updated their terms and conditions regarding their Petro Car Wash Season Pass, like 7 days back. They are saying that, only one device can be used for the app; which was not included/mentioned in the last Terms and Conditions when the season pass was purchased around ***** days back. Now suddenly they are changing the T&C and therefore, they cancelled my season pass. I tried to call their **************** multiple times and got a case number as well. They told me that a supervisor will call, but I did not get any call. I requested for a Pro-rated refund of my remaining balance and still they did not provide me any refund. I requested to get a call from the supervisor 2 times so far. This is totally unexpected and did not think that Petro Canada will do such things with their loyal customers. This is utterly disappointing.

      I bought a CupcakeCash scratch and win and the east Indian sales person did not pay me out when won 5.00 he showed the video camera asking it look legit and I cannot see the 5.00 bill being handed to me, nothing in his hand. How I know is I bought 649 4.00 ticket and gave him 5.00 bill and you can see clearly that bill. So what happened to customers always right?

      Petro Canada Gift card, I bought one and it has No value on it. Petro Canada made me go online for over an hour and the end result? they made me sign up for a petro points card with a hundred thousand points on it. This was a gift for someone, who has my $100 in their pocket?where is the points card anyway? more than 4 days have passed, you have my $100 and not returned it and no points card still?****** can not come to this Country and not understand what ******** is. This is an ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY, I need my $100 and my points card. Are you so broke your ******** now???You want a LAW SUIT ? ok let me reflect on whats transpired in recent days and | will get back to A.S.A.P.

      I have been going round and round by emails with customer service in regards to negative balance. Every email received back by a different customer service always apologizing but with no resolution. Cant tell me why or how to fix. Basically all my points Im earning are paying back a 90 thousand negative balance. Said that redemptions ******** the account but how does that even happen? *** asked multiple times for a call back from senior manager but didnt get. When I call in they tell me I will receive a call back in 2-3 days but I only get emails. This isnt helping and Im extremely upset. I wont be using Petro-Canada anymore unless this is fixed.

      My Petro Points card does not work anymore, nor will it link with my Triangle card. This has been going on for months. I have called repeatedly, and they have changed my points account to a new account on several occasions. It was referred to a "Senior Case Manager" named Cyrine 2 months ago and still no resolution. I've called her directly and she doesn't have the decency to return calls. A large corporation should have a higher regard for their customers and solve issues in a timely manner. I would rate them zero if I could.

      Bought $100 worth of gift cards for a gift the day before petro-canada was cyberattacked. The gift cards obviously were never activated. After multiple phone calls, customer service finally set up a case file to finally deal with the problem. After supplying a copy of my receipt and pictures of the front and back of the gift cards, I was informed that they could not verify the purchase because the hangtag portion was not included in the picture. This is a month after purchase and 99% of the population removes that part so the card will fit in their wallet. As an "act of good will" they would reimburse half the price of the gift cards when their computer was fixed. 3 months after the cyberattack I was finally able to get my "reimbursement" in a form of a gift card AFTER I signed up for petro points to get the points to then get a gift card. The customer service account could tell me the gift cards were never activated but still ripped me off for $50.

      Zero customer service. They sold me hundreds of dollars in faulty gift cards and won't do anything about it. Phone, email, webchat, every single time I've contacted them they hang up, end chat immediately, or don't respond. It's infuriating. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

      ************ ** * ********** *******. As I bought a 90-day season pass for the car wash online, a few weeks later their website/mobile app has not been active as days of the pass get lost. Even reward points lost for customers. My complaint number with them is *******, as I have demanded a refund as they will only give a new card when I don't want to give any business to such * ********** company. Over $55 of Petro-Points is lost as well, as they don't want to reward customers for their lost reward points. I totally recommend to society to use other major stations where you can get ******* ****** ** *** *****. ************ ** * **** ****. They refuse to give a refund on my card as I have been dealing with them for over 2 months on this action. Don't trust Petro-Canada!
