    In July of 2023, the owner came to my house to provide me with a quote. After he reviewed the size of my small bathroom that was being built, he accompanied me out to the shed where it was situated. I informed him while the two of us were looking at the tiles, that I would supply the tiles that I got on sale and the grout as well. He, in turn, would have to supply everything else related to the installation of these porcelain tiles, along with a radiant heating subfloor mat. He said that they have one of the best floor heating systems available today and that they specialize in this type of work and would be happy to be chosen for the small job. It is just a very small bathroom. In our subsequent talks, he informed me that I was in good hands, and not to worry and to go ahead and put the appliances in so that they would install the flooring afterwards! Today is Sept 06 2023, and I called him again to confirm the details and now he says that the appliances go in AFTER THE FLOORING is installed. Okay; so now we get this straightened out, with me wondering if he knows what he's saying, then all of a sudden, he wants to charge me more money now for a necessary mat that is supposed to be part of the radiant heating. Then he tried to turn the facts around for himself, and accused me of saying that I would supply everything else! So I caught him in a place he didn't want to be, and so he became quiet and went to speak to another employee about it. Then he comes back to the phone, and states that no, they are not being held to quote, that the quote made by himself was made by mistake. I'll tell you what was the mistake. Dealing with these people. In my view, you can't trust them! Who's to say that they wouldn't change the price again within another few days? So; their quotes mean nothing apparently and they have put my job behind now for several weeks. Stay away from the immaturity of this floor company. Your time and money is at stake here in my opinion.
